Why I Joined SWC (And Why I Stayed)
When I first came across SWC, I wasn't looking for another course.
If I'm being honest, I'd already seen more online courses than I knew what to do with. Every one of them promised big results, and after a while they all started sounding the same.
So I was skeptical.
Instead of asking, "How much money can I make?" I started asking a different question.
"Will I actually learn something I can use?"
That question led me to SWC.
One thing that stood out to me right away was that members weren't just talking about theory. They were sharing experiences, asking questions, celebrating small wins, and helping each other figure things out.
That appealed to me because I'm the kind of person who likes learning alongside other people.
Since joining, I've spent time exploring different opportunities inside the community, especially sweepstakes letter writing. If you've been following my Income Labs series, you've probably seen me documenting that journey from the very beginning.
What I appreciate most is that SWC didn't make me feel like I had to learn everything at once.
Instead, it gave me the freedom to explore different income opportunities and decide which ones fit my goals and lifestyle.
That's important because I think beginners often feel pressured to chase every opportunity they see online.
I've learned that's usually a recipe for overwhelm.
Another pleasant surprise was discovering that my SWC membership also included ISS at no additional cost.
At first, I didn't know much about ISS, but after spending time inside, I realized it complements SWC really well. While SWC introduced me to various opportunities, ISS helped organize several beginner-friendly income paths into one place.
I'll share more about ISS in another article because I think it deserves its own conversation.
Is SWC perfect?
No.
Like any membership, you still have to show up, learn, and take action. No course can do the work for you.
But if you're looking for a community where you can learn about different online income opportunities while connecting with people on a similar journey, I've genuinely enjoyed being a member.
I'm still learning.
I'm still experimenting.
And I'll continue sharing both the wins and the challenges along the way.
